I heard on NPR that Birmingham, Alabama had cancelled an early warning system for TB outbreaks. Ok let me get this straight. We dump an early warning system for TB. This system warns people about outbreaks of a deadly bacteria, a bacteria that's not only becoming drug resistant but also multi-drug resistant. We dump that, dump protecting people's health, dump smart preventative medicine in an age of bioterrorism. We dump all that shit, but hey, at least fags can't get married.
